I have played golf all over the world and I can safely say that I have never had a more unique and enjoyable experience at a golf course/resort than at the wonderful Hencse, thanks to Robert and the team that keep the course and the guest facilities in such great shape. If you are a group of golfers then an overnight stay is a must (and if you are lucky you will pretty much have the whole place to yourselves) sure it’s a bit off the beaten track but absolutely worth the trip.

Es ist ein schöner Golf, der viel Abwechslung bietet. Man fühlt sich eie in einem Park. Lange schmale Löcher, viele Bäume, Wasserhindernisse, ein bisschen rauf und runter. Die Fairways sind gut. Die Greens etwas langsam.Die Uebernachtunsmöglichkeiten sollten bald fertig sein. Es gibt noch keine Bar und kein Restaurant. Das Trinken für den Parcours sollte man unbedint mitnehmen. Wenn alles einmal fertig ist wird das eine tolle Sach.

In small village, in Hencse there is a historical classicist castle Márffy. Surrounding a wonderful park, even an arboratum where you can play golf. The staff is friendly and kind. I hihghly appriciated the time I spent here. I play golf for ten years and I missed to get here till now. Certainly I will return and return, again and again.
