When I travel I like fine dining, so have tried many fine restaurants around the world. Babel in Budapest hits on my top 3. Apart from the food, staff was very helpful and friendly. Maria the sommelier was outstanding. Definitely take the 5 course menu with the wine pairing. For a non white drinker, she opened my eyes. Will definitely return in January.

We had the best dining experience in Budapest (and ever!) at Babel - incredibly tasty and innovative food menu (10 c), with an equally well thought out wine pairing. The staff had great contact with the guests, just the right combination of friendly chatting and luxury treatment. Our young female sommelier was particularly inspiring, and we spent almost 4 hours here that flew by like nothing.Highly recommended!

Vi hade blivit rekommenderade denna restaurangen och åt här vår sista kväll i Budapest. Det var verkligen en upplevelse! Dock var vi här en Tisdagskväll så restaurangen var helt tom när vi var på vår andra rätt vilket var lite jobbigt då det var väldigt många i personalen och man blev aningen stressad. Boka bord i tid och gå hit en helg!

Was there for a business event, they were nice to book the whole restaurant for us. Food was really delicious and the waiters very kind. The sommelier was extremely respectful and friendly, made great recommendations according to your personal wishes.

Had a fabulous dinner at Babel. The food was spectacular and was served with several amuse-bouches that were a lovely surprise. You can tell the chef takes tremendous pride in his work. I recommend the resturant highly. The wait staff was personable and very attentive, everything I look for in a restaurant.
