Never felt more like a local than at a place so far from home. Everyone here is super friendly and helpful. Sally, Leo and Yo Yo (yes that’s his name) were awesome. Stopped by here everyday while in Budapest.

Dutch Dave made some amazing amaretto sours, excellent atmosphere, super cool bar tenders, Leandro made us feel super welcome. Overall excellent experience 10/10 would recommend.

I go to Hoff as often as I can, it's a real local community place with great food and a good wine list. The staff are international and offer friendly and efficient service. They always host fun events including karaoke and open mic and the terrace is the best in the area

Whether you're traveling through Budapest or living here, sometimes you just want a familiar taste, nothing exotic, just some good ol' American or standard international food and vibe. That's how I felt some nights, and Hoff had it all: great live music, fun parties, decent food, friendly staff. Kind of expaty, but what's wrong with that? When you're in the mood you're in the mood.

Better than KFC. Lovable staff and a host of characters around the place, but boy oh boy the chicken strips are my favourite. So many different sauces, most of them unique to Hoff (blueberry bbq rocks) and also nachos dripping with cheese.
