Very warm and friendly front office staff, communication with the hotel was very easy even before my arrival. They arranged for me shuttle service from the airport although it was very late at night. Check in was quick and smooth, the room was very cozy and clean. Breakfast was delightful everyday, many options. I am very happy I chose this hotel for my first time in Budapest.

Next door to a shopping mall, good breakfast with plenty of choices, staff very helpful arranged a great evening boat cruise with meal. Staff very knowledgeable about the town and able to give plenty of information on the local transport, which Metro or Tram to catch to visit places of interest.

I loved the location and welcoming helpful personnel. Very nice breakfast, clean rooms. All you need to have for a comfortable business trip. We had a nice balcony, nice decor for 4 star hotel. I will stay more again for any incoming events and meetings in Athens. Also it is the super price for the staying!

It's a nice and clean hotel.Wifi signal in our room was quite strong and fast. It's close to the underground stop, 3-4 minutes max walk..Right next to it it's a relatively big mall-there are bigger though..The breakfast was satisfactory,got some variety but it depends on personal tastes..Great quality comparing money-price..Rooms were basic..There is some light through the windows in the morning. Staff was friendly but not very fluent in English but yoy can communicate..

We stayed in the hotel in December 2015 to enjoy the Christmas markets.The room was modern, clean and large. The hotel is located close to a mall and metro station (we found we were better off exchanging currency in the Mall than back home as there was a better rate of exchange)As it was my girlfriends birthday I asked if it was possible for them to purchase some flowers for our arrival which they did.The service was excellent. Thankyou very much

Went for five days before christmas with my family. Great rooms, comfortable beds. My mom and hrr husband got a hottub in the middle of their room (so weird, but kind if funny). There's been some mixed reviews about the breakfast here on tripadvisor but all six of us really liked it. It's hungarian style but what else should one expect when in hungary?? The location is great, five minutes through the shoppingcenter to no 3 Metro (Corvin) and no 4 tram. Great and helpful staff

Ottimo hotel 4 stelle... pulito e ben organizzato.. il personale è anche molto gentile e organizzato.. anche il buffet è molto fornito con liatti tipici del posto con cibi sia dolci che salati.. molto soddisfatto.

Albero 4 stelle davvero confortevole a pochi passi dalla metro corvin sulla line blu della metro e vicina alla fermata dei tram 4 e 6 che in pochi minuti portano piu o meno ovunque. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile, colazione abbondante anche se prevLentemente salata.Davvero una soluzione conveniente e piacevole!!!
