The Hotel is perfect. Very well located. The front desk is very kind. The breakfast is awesome. They always offer a hot drink, and the cappuccino is delicious. The rooms are big and comfortable. The shower is hot.

Everything was perfect! Friendly and professional staff; clean, comfortable, and attractive hotel/rooms; delicious food (and the rooftop bar/restaurant is a huge, fun bonus!); and an unbeatable location for exploring the Old Town as well as access from/to the airport. We hope to visit Budapest again, and if we do, we will definitely stay here!

Friendly and polite staff. Quiet room as requested. Quality breakfast (seemed small but at the end nothing was missing). Areas for improvement : few steps to reach lift (quite inconvenient when you carry a luggage) and time to wait for the lift in the morning. But overall positive experience !
