Karavan in the Jewish quarter next to szimpla ruin bar is a court yard filled with street food traders. Open until midnight. The food is cheap and really tasty. Lovely seating area In the open air. We had goulash and a local fried bread that came with sour cream and cheese. Amazeballs. Really good value and a fun place to eat.

What a lovely little find . Really interesting, colourful setting . Full of young backpackers . Loads of different options for food and drink . Spent a couple of hours here with two teenagers .

Found this place on tripadvisor and decided to give it a go. Wow am I glad we did the first place in Budapest I found that offered vegetarian goulash, served in a bread bowl amazing food definitely come back here my partner really enjoyed pulled pork, in a bread bowl we also really enjoyed lovely lattes and brilliant nitrogen ice cream. There were loads of veggie and vegan options, in addition to a variety of other foods. Such good food definitely want to come back here!

Between two visits in Budapest take the time to stop at the Karavan for a quick lunch ! I took the burger with cheese instead of the meat it was cheap and delicious. The dessert in another Karavan and it was perfect !

Street food tipico ungherese da non perdere. Consiglio vivamente lo stand che fa langos espressi, fritti benissimo e per niente pesanti. Posto molto carino e giovanile.

Vicinissimo al pub Szimpla c'è questo spazio tra due palazzi con molti "baracchini" street food di vario genere, con possibilità di sedersi. Ne abbiamo provato due-tre e ci è piaciuto molto! C'è anche una struttura con dell'ottima birra alla spina! Un modo diverso e non troppo costoso per mangiare a Budapest: lo consigliamo a tutti.
