The hotel staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel is very clean. The rooms are very spacious. The beds are comfy. The breakfast has a large selection of items and tastes good. The metro and tram stations are a few minutes walking from the hotel. There is a mall near by and lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The only minor negative thing is that the floor is wet after the shower as there is no shower cabin door.

Un’esperienza bellissima. Stanze pulite, personale super disponibile e gentile. Colazione abbondante ed ottima. Per la posizione ci siamo mossi sempre a piedi o con Bolt senza alcun problema. Se dovessimo tornare a Budapest sceglieremmo sempre questo Hotel!

Jätte fint hotel med mycket god och varierande frukost. Det ligger på pest delen av staden men inte långtifrån sevärdheter. Det finns bra resturanger i närheten. Personalen är hjälpsamma och trevliga. Rekommenderar värmt. Den enda som jag inte gillade var sängen som var lite för hård.

Jó volt · Perfect location, everything is in a walking distance and bus and metro stops also nearby. I haven't met friendlier receptionists, barmans and other hotel staff for a long time, they are awesome.
